I know I am. More and more of your members are coming here. All I have to say is, "We are not a Nazi board; you run your own section with Mods selected from YOUR own fans, and they keep coming in.

Don't lump us all together. The NMSU aggie board is on scout.com. In Three years we have only banned ONE poster because he became a nuisance. Our board is pretty much loosely moderated and really with the exception of spam and vulgarity posts are rarely deleted or edited for content. If you don't like pop-up's I suggest you get a pop-up blocker. I rarely have problems with pop-ups. Yes I agree if you want premium content you have to pay but we are fortunate enough to have lot's of good insiders on our board that keep us pretty well informed. We normally know what goes on at NMSU before NMSU knows. :)

I have to second that (I was going to say something, but you beat me to it). This is not about Scout moderators, this is only about :spam: thony. I have never seen a problem with NMSU, USU, or Hawaii (although I guess Hawaii doesn't have a moderator). I don't visit Idaho much, but will have to start. The Nevada moderator (Rivals) also does a great job.

:spam: thony will not go away, no matter what we do or say. :spam: thony actually posts something meaningful from time to time (hard to believe, I know). :spam: thony claims his board has a new moderator (I finally broke down and looked), but I'm sure it's just yet another one of :spam: thony's many aliases.

Just to be clear about this, very few people here ever participated in :spam: thony's forum. I made a single post, and was banned for it. I'm trying very hard to be nice to the WACbbs residents of Scout that aren't named Anthony. It's just NCAAbbs has had a very long and very negative history of interaction with Scout/Rivals. 90%+ interaction with Scout has been negative.

And yes, the person I banned in that thread is a Scout staffer. Scout has had spammed our Cincinnati board extensively over the last week, and both of them had the nerve to *threaten* NCAAbbs b/c members posted premium content. We have no problem removing premium content... the legal burden sits upon the person who posted the premium content, but we have no problem removing it... which we do immediately upon request and proactively. However I'll be damned if ANY Scout employee will threaten us and/or come over here and play the role of Zeus throwing "lightning bolts of arrogant 'justice' " at everybody. :mad:

NCAAbbs was an expansion of ACCbbs, which formed after ACC Boards sold out to Scout. Every since then it seems Scout/Rivals... in particular Scout... tries to see just how much fecal matter they can heave in our general direction.

What direction would that be? A forum that allows people to share ideas without fear of them being deleted simply because they do not please you? And how horrible would it be to have some candid off-topic discussion at this time of year, when absolutely nothing is going on in WAC sports?
