Wow, that sucked. Really blows to stay up until 1 (us central time zone folks) to watch us have a complete fundamental break down with 3.9 seconds to go. It was an ugly game all around. I knew when the guys started talking about how bad a game NF was having that it was a bad omen. good on ya Nevada...may you lose to the dogs in the WAC tourny...it's the only shot we got.

I agree JL. I thought the game was over with only 3.9 seconds left on the clock. Faz was in the right place at the right time again...

Hubert Davis was really impressed with Millsap though.

Toss up...
Both players looked bad and I'm not so sure that Milsap's 17 pts/10 rebounds is any better than Fazekas' 12 pts/15 rebounds. Fazekas was double and triple teamed all night, but didn't respond all that well....and Milsap didn't shoot well from the stripe.

Fazekas made the plays when it mattered. They were both doubled and tripled all night, but when it came to nut cuttin' time, Fazekas won the game for the Pack...I'm not saying Paul lost the game for us or anything crazy like that. I think if Corey Dean times his jump better on that last three, the game is over. Oh well...I'm glad to be done with that ugly game.

Just another hard fought Nevada/ La Tech battle. When going against each other, the games usually aren't pretty, but they are very intense and exciting. I lost my voice at Lawlor by the end of the game.

Basketball or Football...we always seem to play pretty close...it was a tough loss. this athletic year appears to belong to the Pack.

I guess many people think it was an ugly game, but I thought it was great. My voice is starting to return.

My hat is off to LT. Great showing and Nevada was fortunate to pull it out. Yesterday, I would've included LT among the teams I'd rather face in the WAC tourney, but not any more.
