I have a feeling that it will take a while to find out what happed in his trial's continuance. Winchendon is about as far removed from civilization as anywhere in New England. It is in north Massachusetts right on the New Hampshire border. Think Peyton Place! I would imagine that the first word on what happens will be from Scout or Rivals. Here are some links to the area newspaper as well as the county court, but I doubt if they will have a whole lot to say.

if he's cleared huggs will open with big wide arms. but when do classes start? is kst semesters or qtr's? another option for Evans is to say the heck with it and play pro somewhere.

Classes start August 20 at K-State. We go in semesters. If he is going to play this year, he will need to be cleared no later than August 27, which is the last day to enroll in a course without instructor permission.

This trial is a joke, and honestly the longer it lasts the more skeptical I get.

It's hasn't gone trial yet. It seems the defense is the one asking for the continuance for the hearings as they're in negotiations to get the charges dropped. I expect it to be over at the next meeting in July.

I'm sure Tyree wants it taken care of as soon as possible but any of that **** takes a long time. I got a DUI in April, but I hired a lawyer to fight it, and it is taking forever. Mine keeps getting continued and I just don't understand why it has to take so long.
