Cowboy, I havent heard of any yet. I should know a bit more by tonight though..was told one person didnt show up all summer, but cant remember who. (Though that isnt very helpfull...lol)

I know its early but have any of the freshman impressed so far?

Ok, for the little bit I have now...Cowboy, everybody showed up...contrary to what Ive said before, Allen is at RB and looking very good, and fast, Priest and Walker looking good also. Fox is slightly hurt but nothing bad, other than that all are healthy. Radney has been moved from d-line to o-line. Gotham and Palsrock are looking good as far as the freshman are concerned. Demaster is at RT, but Johnson getting alot of plays there also....might haed out there tomorrow morn to see practice.....

I think in the past that there was too much UNfounded optimism. You know the stuff.

THIS year, however, maybe things ARE different especially with the RBs.

Allen and Priest will lead the EMU offense places where it couldn't go last year.

I don't want to get into the OC debate, but I think the new OC finally has the horses - QB, RB, OL, etc.

I agree with you Steve, most of the pieces seem to be falling into place. Priest and Allen are weapons they havent had before, Allen has got to be chomping at the bit to play, and we cant forget how important Blevins and a healthy Walker will be to the team. I also think the OC debate should be over, probably almost all of us called for the change and it needed to happen. And I dont know about anyone else, but I`m content with "possesion" type receivers if it means more 1st downs and points, you couls see Allen slip out into that slot position and go long. Teams are going to have to be aware of him, which could lead to alot of room for the other WR`s and Bohnet......
