hey milwaukee, that sound you hear- that's the cubs, the hottest team in the national league. well, you would hear them over that choking that you're doing now. and as delusional cub fan (and proud of it), right now, i don't think that anyone wants to play us the way we're going right now.

what's your team looking like going into august and september?

As long as the Red Sox finish ahead of the Yankees, all is right with the world. And if the Yankees miss the playoffs, it's outstanding.

I don't think it will be outstanding this year. The D*mn Yankees have too good a record.

The Braves definitely announced they're serious about my Mets by getting Texeira. The Mets respond with Luis Castillo what a joke. He's not a very good player but at least they gave nothing up for him.

I just like to think that we are preparing for the future, even though it will likely be a future of more losing. In all actuality, I think the Tex trade was the right move for Atlanta and Texas.

Fernando probably weighs 400 lbs now. It would look kind of funny to see him waddle up to the mound now.

-- Pretty sure he still pitches every now and then in the Mexican league and supposdly with some effectivness. I'm sure every time he takes the mound its to a packed house south of the boarder

Bring back Koufax and Drysdale. Of course you will have to reincarnate Drysdale. 05-mafia04-cheers

I'm sure he pitches to a packed house, even if his pitching sucks. Mexicans have never given up Fernadomania.
