The last question is Ladarius Green who is 6'10 200? C/F and a 3 star recruit, but will he make the grades to come play right away? Who knows..
It definitely looks like we are getting bigger as a team though which is good to see. Just thought I'd bring it up. Can't wait for the season to start!

yea we are def bigger now. u forgot Daugherty who is 6'4 also potential starting pg. we did alright rebounding the ball last year, much better then our first year at d1.

i am almost 100 percent sure that green will be playing. his wingspan is prob over 7 feet..very long arms

Wonder how inflated those heights are. 6'1 for Zach seems favorable but on the other hand he is a PG and PG's always get a few inches taller for their position.

I am 5'11" and zach is taller then me at the gym... so I think he may actually be 6'1". Also, I have been in talks with some very good sources and have heard that Daugherty suffers from "Kobe Bryant syndrome" which may limit his playing time if he plays at all... The team is for sure getting bigger though. I don't believe any of the other teams have six players over 6'7" but I have not looked around (six not counting Green). Owlzfan, this spring I heard Green was having trouble with some grades... have you heard anything new on the matter?

I don't know why I've been pessamistic lately. I think we'll do fine this year. It's taken longer than I expected for fan support to latch on. The programs are all growing which is the most you could ask for. The school is researching how to get better. I just wonder when its goin catch fire, ya know?

Yea I just don't know about Daugherty, didn't forget to mention him but as Kevin said.. It sounds like Nick and Zach are the 2 most in contention for the starting PG spot so I just left Ryan off for now. We will see though it is still early!

i heard he graduated, but that doesnt 100 percent mean he got the grades..i'm just assuming he did. Ryan is extremely talented, i hope he can learn to pass the ball some. i've seen him practice with the team and he can do some amazing things on the court.

and i dont blame you nick. its frustrating because we should have better student support by now. its getting better, but it makes me sick to my stomach when i'm at a game and there are just 15-20 students there from a 20,000 school. the students here need to get off UGA's and Tech's dick and start supporting the school they go 2.

Yea its on the Bridge on the campus loop road right by the Dorms, so everyone driving down Frey can see it, its sweet. It has the Owl eyes and I think says Owl Country.

thats really cool. i'm glad the school is doing it. kinda gives off a sense of school spirit even though were still lacking on it.

Yea but think about it.. in the past the school has done nothing to facilitate school spirit. This is the first time I have seen anything like that and its most likely because of Papp. Can you really blame the students not having much school spirit when half of them probably don't even know we play sports?

Papp sees prestige through athletics and tradition along with what every school has to do (academics).

The shirt idea seems like it would be a nice 3rd party seller. I don't see Striped Crew printing it. I'll be glad to run it through my company but we have a 12 minimum.

Its pretty sweet! Ya, I believe Alex will play more and more over time. He is still only a sophmore so I think he will see limited time this coming season again. However, I believe he will see more then he did last season. From what I have seen he is a hard worker (always hitting the gym) and I believe his junior and senior seasons could be pretty productive.
