He/they were "self-insured", meaning they couldn't afford the insurance, I suspect.

Either way it's damn funny. I have nothing against making money and living as extravegantly as you wish....but I have no patience for tackiness. Now had the home beside castle grindstaff burn by mysterious fire....that would have been a shame.
