I talked with a lady who works at the Motorola plant at Alliance airport here in Ft. Worth where they make cell phones. She told me she was 1 of a handful of whites who work there. She said out of a 100 people, about 90 of them are Mexicans (mostly illegal with fake documents) and 5 are black. She said Motorola now has a policy where they have to hire a small percentage of whites--haha. Can you believe that? Whites are the new miniority at Motorola. Motorola goes through a temporary agency so they can point the finger at the temp agency if there are questions about the illegals. She also said that Spanish is the language spoken at the plant, and that she when she speaks English the people there don't understand her. Oh and the salary is a whopping $7.50/hour which I guess in the not too distant future will be just barely above minimum wage. I remember when I was an RF Technician at the Motorola plant on Beach Street in 1995, and the girls working the line made $8.50 or $9/hour and that was 12 years ago! But those were mostly those overpaid white folk you know.

What is this world coming to? Motorola is closing their plant on Beach Street (where all those overpaid white folk work) and moving it to Mexico. But, they are keeping their plant at Alliance because they have been able to hire mostly all Mexicans to put the cell phones together there. I guess Motorola is doing what most all "multinational corporations" are doing now. They export as many of their good high paying jobs as possible overseas or across the border to Mexico. Then, they import as many Mexicans (legal or illegal) as possible to take the existing jobs the whites used to do. They're burning the candle at both ends. We are witnessing the begining of the end of the middle class in America. From now it it will be the elites (engineers, doctors, lawyers, airline pilots, politicians, etc.) and the poor working class. And most of the working class will be service type jobs and not manufacturing jobs.

Now all we need is Tulsaman and others to tell us why what Motorola is doing is a good thing and really best for all of us.

It is all about profit. Not hard to figure.
