Let's see, happened in Mexico. Seems like there were some other places too.

Funny how those who clamor for peace and democracy are the first to hit the streets and scream "fraud" when it doesn't go their way.

It's like children throwing a tantrum. 03-hissyfit

They're just pissed about the prospect of having to work a 40 hour week. Europeans need to wake up and realize the west is getting lapped by Asia.

They might not get 2 months vacation every year too. I still remember in high school one of my teachers passed out a list of predictions about the future some expert made. One of them was that the US would move towards what the Europeans had in terms of short work weeks and long vacations. This at a time when US companies were being seriously hurt by competition from Asia. Go figure.

The west is going to learn, sooner or later. Hopefully its sooner. Otherwise we all better brush up on our Mandarin.

The Chinese don't work that hard...they're just cheap.

It's the Japanese, Koreans and Singaporese(?) who work hard. India is a mixed bag too, but w/ 1B people, what do you expect. Fortunately, many of these folks speak English. ;-)
