There was a great article in The Winston-Salem Journal yesterday about Deacon great Bill Armstrong, our only consensus All-American football player. My father likes to describe him as "the hardest hitter and biggest badass to ever wear a Wake uniform". Any Deacon fans who don't know much about him need to do some research on him because he is without a doubt the best Wake Forest athlete you've never heard of.
