I don't see how the cross-dressing photos are that big of a deal. Its not like a major hobby the guy has, its just something he did at a gag for for a fundraiser or two, i.e., to show he has a sense of humor.

I don't think most Americans, even evangelicals, would have a problem with that. Nobody would seriously suggest that Rudy has a crisis of sexual identity or is gay.

On the contrary, his real problem is going to be how he cavorted around New York humiliating his wife with Judith Nathan even before their divorce was final. While his kids were in middle school.

The social issues positions he takes would be a compromise they could make if they got assurances from him. But you throw that personal stuff on top and I think that will be the real back-breaker. Will really elevate his negatives on the trustworthiness and character questions.

Not a problem for me. ....then again, I'm not a Republican. His gun control BS though, and wanting public funding for abortion.....even though this may not be his stance today, is.
