I brought this up at ACCBoards and got a mixed reaction, but more for staying the same, what do you guys think?

Yes, so we can field more athletic teams and compete in the Sear's Cup with a chance to get in the top 25.

Screw the Sears Cup. I would just like to loosen up the academic requirements for football and basketball players. God help Wake Forest if I am ever President of the University.

God help UNC and NCSU if I ever become governor of this state.

Naz-T, I like the way you think. The foreign language requirement blows my nads. There are also a few other restrictions that need to go.

I, too, am a bit conflicted on this issue because I am an academic snob. I love claiming academic superiority over others (no matter how superficial that may be) and stating that we are the second smallest Division I school in the country. On the other hand, adding one to two thousand more students would help the athletics teams(football and basketball) and mean more honeys in short skirts at baseball games. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />

Paul, I do not know what you are talking about, but Groves has been sold out and overflowing capacity for the last decade. You need to lay off those drugs.

Cake - I can remember 1 game in my 4 years at Wake where Groves was even remotely close to being sold out. It was against UNC.

And Paul, we really appreciate your concern, but the only reason your fans outnumber us in Groves is that most of them live right here in Winston and have no affiliation with Florida State, whatsoever. You know, the same ones that root for Caroli...er....Duke when basketball season is here. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="tongue.gif" />

The worst thing is that my roomie doesn't realize that he is a bandwagon fan.
