I was just ranting then. I am way too emotionally attatched to this team (no I do not cry after losses). The defense still needs fixing though, 601 yards of offense today by the Saints but they only scored 15 points and thats what matters. This team is going to get healthy for the stretch run with Levi, Dexter Jackson, Deltha Oneal, Brian Simmons and hopefully Rich Braham coming back this week.

The only time I ever came close to crying over sports is the year after the terps won the championship they lost a close game to Michigan State in the sweet 16. They had been to two straight final fours! I didnt want to see the run end. I believe they were down 2 and Steve Blake missed a three for the win. He faked like he was going to drive for the layup and he was wide open at the top of the key, he makes that shot at least 8 out of 10 chances.

I've never cried about a sporting event, although I came close when Kenyon Martin broke his leg in college and we were the top team in the country.

Back to subject though, the 450 yards in two games is the all time record.
