Say bye-bye to Democracy, It was a foolish attempt at nation building. They will re-bathify the govt. This will empower the Sunni's and they will feel a part of the process. As to the bathifying. They could never win a National election in Iraq. That's why it won't be a true Democracy. I'm sure the rebathifying is being done to curb Iran's agenda.
