Yeah, how could they not win the pennant? 83 wins won the National League this year. Absolutely mindblowing.

Congrats to the Cardinals.

Had they had El Doookie or Pedro?

yeah, but that's not something you can chalk up to bad luck. You had to expect they'd get injured at some point. We all knew that.

So, what if St. Louis had Mulder or Izzy? The difference is that the replacements St. Louis threw in managed to play at a higher level than the replacements the Mets threw in.

Go Cards! Hopefully the Tigers will have grown fat and stupid in their week off. lmfao

Game one to the Cards. 7-2

amazing

2-1 Cards. Carp had soem filthy stuff last night.

Weehee!

I keep telling myself it won't last. Lets see if Suppan can keep pitching like he has been.

Winner of Game 4 wins the series, IMO.

so if the cards win tonight. ;-)

agreed

I don't know if the Cards were to win game 4 I still won't put a total collapse past them.

i think that suppan is gonna pitch a hell of a game.

My Dad is supposed to be at the game today. But with the likelyhood of rain, I hope his 9 hour drive isn't a waste of time.

3-1 Cards. Who'da thunk it?

It looks like Detroit and StL have changed places in this series. StL being the steady team, with Detroit making tons of fundamental mistakes. If St. Louis wins, I nominate the Detroit pitching staff for MVP.

Go Cards!
