Liberalism and the Destruction of the Black Family
Written by a black man as a guest writer. Short, but VERY much to the point that blacks are manipulated bye the democrats only to get a lock on their vote:

Amen.

However, the Republicans are too stupid to make use of the tools they have.

Why didn't they have C. Rice go and speak to predominantly black schools? She could recount these stats, and start influencing a younger generation.

Oh yeah, she'd be planting seeds if she decided to run for president.

Anyway, oversights like this serve to keep the status quo.

Quote:Their years of lowering moral and educational standards have hurt black folks rather than helped them.

This is true for more than just black families, but also hispanic and whites (although less so). I find it remarkable how so many liberals praise Dr. King's ideals, yet ignore his foundation of Church and family. Or people who praise Dr. King and rap music (you know, that "artistic" stuff that talks about selling women for sex, killing, and drug usage?) simultaneously. Its not a race problem. Its a social problem. What our society accepts as OK is not conducive towards our goal of equal success. The problem is that white people are too scared of being called racist for noting this obvious and blatant fact, than to address it and actually try and fix society.

Shouldn't art reflect society?

No. Art should aspire to the sublime, not wallow in the base.

There's a difference between reflecting and glorifying.

Not something like gang violence, pimping, drug usage, robbery, beating, etc.
