Any of you F-ing Illegals out there boycotting work tommorow
I am so sick of hearing about these people boycotting work and refraining from buying anything to show how much "power" they have.

They want to come into this country in an illegal way. Live here illegaly. Not follow the laws, etc etc etc.

Now they are going to boycott and try to hurt the economy that has provided these jobs for them.

Not to mention they are taking advantage of being able to protest and boycott due to the freedoms this country offers them.

I am SICK AND F-ing tired of this crap!

I am all for them being able to live here LEGALLY! I dont want to send anyone back nor do I think they should be punished. However, there needs to be something done. Im tired of hearing them talk smack about the very country that is providing them the life they want.

They had the balls to sneak into the country and now they want to break laws and raise **** to get what they want.

As I have said before if you dont want to live here and follow this countires laws then TAKE YOUR ASSES BACK TO WHERE EVER YOU CAME FROM!

I know I wont lose any sleep

Well you know they will have officially become citizens when they get on the welfare gravy train and start boycotting work everyday.

MU ATO you leave no doubt where you stand on that issue. It is weird how a bunch of illegals can march in the streets to demand rights and they are not even here legally. It just show how much the feds have had a hands off policy towards these people.

What's the deal on that new movie about Marshall that is coming out in December? I read about it in USA Today this afternoon. Will it be a movie at the theater or a documentary on TV?

i know of a hip hop store in LA that is having a big sale called "a day without an immigrant sale." they're offering like 50% off everything. it's hella funny.

You know what's funny. They say they can protest and shut down major streets in LA, Denver, and elsewhere because the 1st amendment says that Congress shall make no law against the right to peaceful assembly. If city leaders would have known, they could have shut down these protests because they are disrupting the day-to-day functions of major cities. ILLEGAL immigrants are not protected by the 1st amendment and do not have the right to peacefull assembly in the United States. Arrest them all and deport their @sses back to whatever Central America country they came from.

Does anyone else find it a bit sad that the only people in this country truly making use of our right to assemble and protest these days are the ones who aren't actually supposed to be here legally?

Say what you will about whether they belong here or not, but *******, at least they just don't sit at home and b*tch about the sh*t they don't like.

what do you mean if "city leaders had known?" the route was predetermined for the chicago march way in advance, hence the city had areas blocked off, advised commuters to avoid certain areas, had police in force, etc. this entire thing was organized on a massive level. also interesting to note: 400,000 marchers in chicago alone, 0 arrests. how many times can you say that about other protests.

number 1, i dont know what "hippie" has anything to do with it. you seen to have a very narrow minded view of things. its exercising my constitutional right. why would i not take advantage of it? i marched against the iraq war when it first began because i felt it was unjust. i write my congressmen on issues that i feel strongly about, and i have a running dialouge with many of them. isnt that what being in a democracy is all about?

i have no problem with writing your congressman, but protesting with signs and stuff, is for hippies and people who have nothing better to do. i'm just sick of people complaining about stuff. it's like, just shut up already. and FYI, hippie has become an adjective nowadays.

why is it such a bad thing to bring issues to the forefront? youd better believe washington knows these protests took place and that there is an extremely large immigrant voice out there fighting for issues (even if im not entirely sure i know what they are). i have the utmost respect for people who put themselves out there and voice their concerns and issues. what should we do rather than fight for issues we believe in? just accept things we believe are unjust and sit on our hands? what does that accomplish?

I would just like to point out that immigrants is too broad a term. There are legal immigrants, illegal immigrants, and the descendants of each, plus legal aliens. This debate is more properly about illegal immigrants and their descendants, not all immigrants.

fight in a non-obstrusive manner. talk to people. try adn change their minds. but don't stand on street corners with stupid signs. go spend time with your kids, watch the ballgame, eat some pie.

I agree that I am so tired of hearing about immigrant protest. At least put the word illegal in from of immigrants so that the whole story is told...
