chinese in china are starting to choose more 'home grown' educated chinese, than those who get a foreign education.

i wouldnt say more intelegent. but book smart. there is a difference between "omg he got an A on every test evar" and "smart".. i know alot that are both, but some are just book smart. i think avg iq between whites/asians is like whites behind 5-15 points.. which isnt much..
