One reason ESPN has not picked up the uva game is due to
conflicts with MLB schedule. Let's pray for a strike! Reported walk out date is
8/16 so that would free up a lot of programming on ESPN and ESPN2.
Probably a good bet they'd pick up this game. Fox Sports regional would be
another option if there's no baseball. Perhaps this is why there's no news
yet on tv, all parties are waiting to see if they are going to strike !!!

NO.... If they strike they strike ,I just think it is bad taste not to air the first NCAA football game of the year.YOU cant tell me that there is not a football audience that wouldnt tune in. Thats all iam saying. SOMEBODY should have jump on this thing last year.

I saw a commercial on ESPN about the VA game last night. It seems to me like it'll be televised - and I hope you guys crush CSU!
