I didn't like that test as much. The questions were too leading and there wasn't a middle ground answer.

One example...The life of one American is worth more than multiple foreigners.

Is this a question to see how you feel about the war in Iraq? If so, I think that is a bad correlation.

That's why I think it is rigged. I know I am not a "Social Liberal"....and I would guess that Leth and Kev aren't either.

I am socially liberal to an extent. When it comes to economics, I am to the right of Attila.

I am against the drug war.
I have no problems with civil unions for homosexuals.
I don't want any religion established by the government.
I have no problem with the legalization of drugs such as Marijuana.

Best way I can put it, and this is using Neal Boortz's own words, I default on the side of freedom every time.

I am shocked, shocked, I tell you!

But on the other hand, i got more or less what I expected when I took the test.

Social Moderate (56% permissive) (and they call me a redneck...)
Economic Conservative 70% (I thought it would be higher.)
Capitalist - the very word I use to describe myself.

I am, actually. Though I prefer to call it my own version Conservatism: keep government out of as much as possible, including the regulation of drugs, gay unions, etc. I believe we need the feds to blow up the bad guys but not much more than that.

Never heard it put that way but that's about the size of it.

I quite agree.
I need to get you to explain this to my girl friend. She does worry about my health.

But it still doesn't explain why Oklahoma Democrats don't know right from wrong.

First, thanks for the help. Always can use all that I get. (nudge, nudge, wink)

Second, what you said was "If you ask republicans in Oklahoma they think Dems don't know right from wrong", a situation that I thought might be caused by so many Dems trying to maintain that perjury and obstruction of justice are OK under some circumstances, e. g., if it involves sex.

My personal opinion (of course, meaningless since I am not from Oklahoma) is that Dems DO know right from wrong, they just don't like to admit it sometimes. ;-)

Yeah, they had me covering up Adam Sandler's face, collinear with the Unabomber (though *way* closer to the origin).

Social liberal (66% permissive) and economic conservative (65% permissive), slotted as Libertarian. w00t!

[EDIT] fixed "economic conservative" -- I'd mistyped it.

So you're a smidge closer to the Unabomber than I am, eh? :shhh:

(BTW... if I email you the shopping list, can you stop at Ammo & Canned Food Mart on your way home to the bunker?) lmfao
