This is an interesting article. This will cause one horrific uproar from both sides. Put in the ear plugs, as the screaming is about to begin.

Too bad the article doesn't talk about the legislation at all. I would be interested to see how the law differed from Roe vs. Wade. If it isn't different, I don't think anything is going to change.

Then what would be the purpose of it? My take was it was going to be a drastic change, but I am not sure.

Although I think both Alito and Roberts are conservative, unless something is different, I don't see them going against already decided law. I could be wrong and I think you know what side of this I am on, but I just think from a legal side they aren't going back with out something new in front of them.

All I will say is I am against abortions as a means of birth control. if you are adult enough to have sex then you are adult enough to have weighed the consequensces of your actions. And I think too many people view it as such...a form of birth control.
