That's not what "Network Neutrality" means. Network neutrality means that the routers passing the packets make no decisions based on the content, source, or destination (except for how to route the packet of course). Jailing child pornographers, and prohibiting ISP from connecting to out of country ISPs that host the stuff is not violating network neutrality, because the routers still treat the packets the same way (although what the routers are connected to may be different). Violating network neutrality would be, for example, sticking VoIP packets at the bottom of the queue to protect your phone business, or putting streaming video from your partners at the top of the queue to increase revenue.
Personally, I like network neutrality, but I don't think it should be legislated. I believe that how ISPs run their networks is their own business (as long as the content running across them is legal). If what AT&T is trying to do is abusive, they can always be taken down (again) with anti-monopoly laws (this time, hopefully they would just require network neutrality, not split a big monopoly into a bunch of small monopolies), but no need to bring the Earthlinks of world into this.

Reb,
My condolences. My best friend's neighbor lost his boy 6 months ago. The whole town is struggling with it.

Guess I was wrong.
Aren't all of those e-mails selectively created to serve one side or the other. Actually, it's rare to hear of one for the Dems because they're just about always supporting Republicans (via Dem bashing). That is one area where the GOP has trounced the Dems, the internet spread of misinformation or seletive information to bash the other side.
