I read the novel by Stephen King long ago - but finally caught the movie tonight on ABC.

Incredible.

That's the most true-to-story movie I've EVER seen in terms of a novel being made into a movie. All the plot elements are there... all the life lessons are there... even the dialog is almost identical.

And.... well... that's flat out the best book I've ever read - and the movie didn't let me down. It was just how I pictured it in my mind... right down to Mr. Jingles and his cigar box.

Just .... amazing.

The Green Mile has been a favorite book of mine for awhile now - movie was awesome too! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" />
