Well Boma pulled every trick they had in their little Crimson bag out on us this weekend but still left Norman with a Loss. I have been waiting for 3 years for Renaldo to get a chance at Quientens spot, he is obviously the bigger, stronger, and just as fast as Q. Why he has not gotten more PT is a loss to me. I think he proved his worth in 4th quarter against Bama, both Q and Jones had been utterly shut down all game. Although we could blame the brake down of the pass game on the line they did open up holes for the RBs, it was the RBs that failed to capitolize. I think we will have to change a bit of our offensive philosophy in the pass game with Hybl at the QB, by using fewer rollouts (lets face it Hybl is not that mobile) and sending more Wideouts vertical (i.e. Mark Clayton). Terry Bowden's comments about our defense were absolutly ludacris the D took some 50 snaps in a row not too mention every great team has atleast one game, especially early like this (remember K-State the last 2 years ). Lets look at the bright side of all this, we atleast know where we stand and the players who may have been reading to much of their own press now know they will have to work to get to Tempe.

First of all you should spell Alabama's name write because they absolutely whooped the Sooners. Next is sound like you saying Alabama's game with the Sooners was a fluke. Alabama is every good underatted team. Alabama deserves the respect from Oklahoma that the team is giving not the fans.

still haven't seen the game (I was in Mexico). Sounds like our OL got pushed around by what may very well be the best DL we'll see all year. Sounds like good experience for a still-young OL.
