Well, that's a vastly more sophisticated analysis than what you typically incorporate into your posts. Progress of some sort, I suppose.
Its the closest he's come with presenting something to support his arguments outside of conspiracy theories.

I'm not saying the world has a *right* to know what was said during that phone call.

But I think we'd be better off knowing.

And don't forget the real issue at stake: Did Cheney have the authority to have planes show down? Or was he pulling an Alexander Haig?

Correct, Mr. Bush did exactly what was best for the United states, he let someone else handle it and we're all better off for that.
Maybe that's your idea of leadership, a president who lets other people handle big decisions like... war.
