Losing a series 2-1 AT the first place team's place isn't always the worst thing. I'm thinking we take 3 out of 4 from the Royals (hoping anyway...) and we are right back onto our hot streak.

4 game sweep of the Royals! And the O's are now 16-15.

We have the #2 rated defense in the entire major leagues. We have the #3 rated ERA in the AL (which is probably about 6th-8th best overall when you factor in the extra run per game generated by the DH). The hitting is still ranked 22nd in the majors, but is climbing after that horrendous start. There is a chance that they will be 20th after today's stats are factored in (the team went 11 for 33).

Now bring on Cleveland. Lets take 2 out of 3!!!!!

HUGE WIN FOR THE O'S TONIGHT!

We lost a tough one last night. Had a rough (and definitely incorrect) call go against us, and then a bad hop lead to a big Cleveland inning. But....the team rebounded and won in 10 innings tonight! This team isn't the most talented, but they definitely have heart!

I cant wait, I am 4 days from going to back to Northern VA, which means I get to go to a bunch of O's games this summer. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" />

I still cant stand Angelos, but the team is giving me something worth seeing, so I cant wait.
