its pretty cool, i've only been playing for a season, but you get to set your lineups and make basic coaching decisions, as well as recruit as the season goes along.

if you want to try it out, you have to click on New User on the frontpage, then after filling that out you get an email with your password and then come back and click on Request Team. Pick League 19, as this is a new league that is starting (so other teams won't have any kind of history and be alot better or worse than you), i'll have a team in there, my coaches name for this league is drunkterpX.

pretty fun and a great way to waste some free time looking through stats and such.
