I think he will for one reason, he doesn't want to stay in LA, and he wants to stay in the West, also, T-Mac asked to go there with him.

Oh, he will be traded. There is just a small possibility this trade won't happen. And even if it doesn't, I doubt the Mavs would be where T-Mac goes.

But as for Shaq, Dallas is looking pretty good right now. Especially if they offer Dirk, Nash, and Josh Howard.
