I believe Doherty has granted him a scholarship for all the other years. All though he was recruited by Bunting for football, once Doherty talked to him about walking on and then getting a scholarship, I believe Noel decided to only play basketball.

I don't know if this situation with Noel made Bunting to happy with Doherty....
