Pitcher: Mike Mussina

Always has good numbers but is not as dominant as some people think.

Position Player: Shea Hillenbrand

A good run producer, but strike outs and lack of power keep him below star status in my opinion.

Derek Jeter. Sure, he's a better than average player, but he only gets the big publicity because he's in New York. Do you really think a shortstop that hits .290-.300 and drives in 75 runs a year would be making $19 million if he played for Colorado or Baltimore?

shoot, i'll take furcal over him. now that he has been hurt this year, i think the injuries will begin to be more frequent.

Furcal has been the best shortstop in baseball this year IMO.
