Personally, I know he made some bad decisions but I think he was unjustly fired. He did a good job the last two years and got them to a game 7 in the ALCS. Who is availabe out there that can do as good a job with the Sox.

Me either. I guess they wanted to get as far away from that Game 7 meltdown as possible and the only way to do that was to fire Grady.
