Oh, you're a SEC fan, so "should" haves count as victories. Well, BG "should" have beat Ohio St when they were #2.

And what difference does it make what the ranking was at the time a team lost? Later rankings are presumably more accurate, because more games are played. In any case, it just proves that the rankings aren't accurate, and your bravado about them is what's truly assinine.

The SEC is one of the strongest conferences in the nation. The MAC can't even compare.

Sat, Aug 30 at Vanderbilt W 24-21 <- Ol Miss barely beats a team that is currently 1-9
Sat, Sep 6 at Memphis L 34-44 <- Ol Miss loses severely to a 6-3 team from a really weak conference
Sat, Sep 13 Louisiana-Monroe W 59-14 <- Ol Miss "dominates" a team that is currently 1-9, and considered one of the worst in Div IA
Sat, Sep 27 Texas Tech L 45-49 <- Ol Miss loses OOC again

So these aren't assumptions, they are facts that you can't answer so you try to pretend you can hold an intellegent discussion. BTW, how about the fact that you conceded Ol Miss sucks this year?

I did assume by "sucks" you mean "is a bad team", but maybe "sucks" is a good thing where you come from:

Ol Miss is a laugher. Time has passed them by. Reminisce all you want, BG would crush them.

Florida is playing pretty well right now. If the game were in the Swamp, they'd certainly be favored. But, if the game were in the Great Black Swamp, w/ it's wind and 30 degree temps...I'd take Bowling Green. Southern teams tend to wither and blow away in those conditions. (Remember 'Bama in the Music City Bowl a few years back? Comical.)

No matter what you say the MAC is always superior in some way. Heck even the MAC cheerleaders look better than the SEC cheerleaders. The MAC is awesome, that is why they are considered a Mid-Major Conference. They don't even have an automatic BCS birth. They are too good for that.
