Cut the military budget, and I am sure that all our enemies would be nice enough to cut theirs too, just because we are trying to do the right thing. I do not, nor have I ever claimed to, support the Soviet pogroms, ethnic cleansings or anything made in the USSR. Communism is a great idea; what the USSR became was NOT what Marx had in mind.

Anyway, now that I've stated my position AGAIN, would anyone care to address the points that I've made ABOVE?
