of course he would. How many good 6'5" pg's can you name?
When's the last time a 160 lbs. player went lottery?
are you that naive to tell me that the NBA weight rooms can't put 20 lbs. on him? Chavlik put on 25 in one offseason, granted he is taller.
Shav put on 25 pounds of fat... Notice he can barely run and hasn't been effective at all.

Shaun would get tossed around in the paint and his jumper is nowhere near consistent enough to play a completely perimeter game.
fat? if you say so. My point was that SL could put on 25 lbs. in 2 offseasons, and become a force. It sounds like he is straight up nasty. If he's as good as they say, then he'll be a lottery pick. You're trying to argue how good he'll be in the NBA, i'm trying to argue that he'll be a top 13 pick, en route to the NBA.

Do you realize that if he doesn't produce for his first 2 seasons, the likelihood of him surviving in the NBA is quite slim?

And this assumes that he has the frame to put on 25 lbs. Some people it takes 6 months, others it takes 3 years.

what do you mean surviving? believe it or not, but there are some teams that are actually patient with their franchise players.

All i know is that he is 1 foot taller than me, but weighs 5 pounds less. That 6'5" frame should be able to add muscle, like i did to my short frame.

adding weight is from person to person. I added 20 lbs of muscle my first year in college. But I had a buddy that did the same workout that added 3.

He is 6'7...

Surviving... You realize that people in SL's situation have attempted suicide? been sent overseas? been logged at the end of a bench for their career?

Again, different people have both different metabolisms and different frames. For example, Casey Sanders tried to gain 25 pounds the entire time he was at Duke and he never did it. Some people just can't gain weight like that. SL is probably one of those people.

Nate, you really are grasping at straws here. They wont draft him for next year. They will draft him for 2-3 years down the road. Bringing up the stuff you brought up is a bit much.

thank you. Nate doesn't understand that when high school players are drafted, their respective NBA teams know they're an investment.
