Danny Ainge gave the Celtics a 20 minute pep talk before tonight's game in Portland. He wanted more focus and more enthusiasm from his players.

The result? Boston started tonight's game in a 22-0 hole in the first 6 minutes, and ended up losing by about 23. Way to inspire the troops, Danny.
