Pretty cool article about the upcoming football season. It's mostly snipets about stuff, but its kind of the first preview I've seen....

That guy is an idiot.

First, Reggie Herring was pretty much not invited back. The something that was up was his career at Clemson.

Second, Wake also plays East Carolina in non-conference action, which definitely makes the schedule tougher. Also, Northern Illinois lost to the Big Ten champion by a meager 7 points last year, so they are not a cupcake team.

Oh, and Bruce Perry deserves more than a passing mention for a Heisman candidacy in my opinion if he can repeat what he did last year.

Third, he does not mention Ryan Sims in the biggest shoes to fill spot.

Yeah.....I'm not saying that the guy is Nostradamus or anything. I was just happy and surprised to see an ACC preview.

We'll all see who the team on the wayne is. Dantzler was a great athlete, but he wasn't our whole team. Now that he's gone it should open up all aspects of our game, which nobody expects.

No respect for Gathers, who, by the way, had more sacks, tackles, and tackles for a loss than Peppers.

Last season, I spoke with one of our offensive linemen. He told me that there was no comparison between Peppers and Gathers. He said that Peppers was nothing more than an overhyped media machine, while Gathers was the toughest player he had ever tried to block.

Yeah this guys got the whole thing wrong if he thinks Reggie Herring left a sinking ship. More like Herring was thrown overboard.

I also thought that the new GT QB would have some big shoes to fill with Godsey gone.

He does have some shoes to fill now that Godsey is gone. The weird thing is that I've never even heard much about him.... what's his name?
