I haven't officially heard of benefits like these yet, but I also do not agree with them. Reconstructive plastic surgery is fine. Heck the "free" medical recieved by active duty is great! Stitches, Antihistimines, wisdom teeth removed. Just to name a few. Implants and other non essential operations are a waste.
