The Oct issue of Inc. magazine has an article on Kerry with a positive slant. It cites his own entreprenurial endeavor and his affection for entrepreneurs (he collects their autographs).

It also cites his pro-small business efforts, and his ideas for small business incubator funding.

The article will probably be available on-line for free in c. 5 weeks.

I would say that while his incubator idea is interesting there are a couple of points worth mentioning:

There already exist many programs for small businesses; he should be looking to consolidate and improve them, not start another one.

Secondly, his experience in Boston could be a liability. Boston's scientific/technical expertise make it a great spot for certain types of start-ups, but that same expertise is not available equally throughout the entire US, and serves as a poor model for an entire country.

Yeah, he's a big fan of entreprenuers. 'Course, he sidesteps all the hard work it takes to achieve success and just marries one. :laugh:
