Not sure if someone has answered your question or not, but here's what you do:

Go to "Your Control Panel" and then "Board Settings" on the left. At the very top with be a time zone setting that you can change to adjust to where you are. There is also a box you can check and uncheck for Daylight Savings Time. Since that just went into effect, everyone basically needed to go adjust that box -- either check it if it was unchecked before, or vice versa (I can't remember which I did).
