Not defending what has apparently been done by the second artist, but a couple of things:

1) They are different photos
2) There are questions about whether the first photo has been "enhanced" as well

One other thing -- the UNC athletic department has nothing to do with this (to my knowledge).

Seems like somebody took that picture, somebody doctored it up, and now it's being sold to the public. And why would anyone think that this is an isolated case anyway? Seems to me like a lot of these companies selling prints would do this sort of thing on a routine basis.

So, is the question then "How low can the companies selling these prints go?"
