Justice for what??? Not to be rude, but if she truly was bulimic she inadvertently caused this situation on herself. Don't we all have to take responsibility for our own actions? Last time I checked that was the Republican gospel.

I guess you didn't understand my post. If he caused Terri's injury I want him to get his punishment for it. I'm not saying he did or didn't, but if he did I hope it will come to light.

If we find out one day that he caused her injury he could be charged for attempted murder.

Well that sounds like you want vengence. I'm not so religious as a lot of people on here, but I bet some of them will tell you that if he is not punished in this life for his sins, he will be punished in the next life (purgatory, hell, coming back as a rock). I'd be happy to know that if he did do something wrong and then cover it up, which from this distance none of us can make a call on, he will be punished in accordance with the Surpreme Being.
I don't advocate letting every murder and thief walk free, but at least we know that they can't run forever. Their sins will not go unpunished. That why in this country you are innocent until proven guilty. If you let a guilty man go, the thinking is that he will get his dues down the road.

Thats fine, have all the private conversations you want, but make sure you put it in writing so that all of your family members know your wishes.

I think the fact that she'd been the way she was for 7 years before he decided to "carry out" her wishes makes some of us a little suspect of his motives.

Here is a link to the report submitted by the Guardian Ad Litem that was selected under Florida's "Terri's Law" in 2003. It should be noted that his recommendations did not come into play because "Terri's Law" was found to be unconstitutional. This guy read all 30,000 pages of the record on this case, interviewed all of the family members, visited with Terri, and selected independent medical experts to evaluate her. There has been no indication that he was biased in any way.
With that said, read it if you are interested and see what you think. It definitely brings into question a lot of the "facts" being thrown around. Also, it is pretty long, so take that into account when you are deciding if you want to read it.
