I don't normally buy PPVs except for the occasional Wrestlemania, but I was thinking of getting this one. I picked up the odd ECW show on some local channel late night on the weekends when I couldn't sleep, and followed it through the web (and fidonet before that). Should be a pretty neat show Sunday. Can't wait to see if WWE screws this up.

I don't have digital cable or DirecTV, but you better believe I'm trying to track down SOMEONE I can con into ordering this PPV and splitting the cost with me...lol.

Despite all the WWE guys that will be there, I honestly believe this show will be done right. I was shocked when Axl Rotten, Sandman, and Balls Mahoney showed up on WWE TV this week. The only question is what will this lead to in the future if the PPV is a financial success.

And the one thing that royally SUCKS is Rob Van Dam not being able to go for this one. He'll be there to cut a promo, but man, it's gonna suck not getting to see him put on one of his old school ECW highlight reels. If you've never seen an ECW Rob Van Dam match....TRACK ONE DOWN!!!! Just like Cactus Jack, the guy is still my favorite wrestler based off of his ECW days.

So yeah....I think this show will actually be quite good.

That PPV rocked. Best $34.95 I've spent all year. I hope that WWE would use their late night weekend spot for ECW.
