Picked up the new White Stripes album, and I must say, it's fantastic. I'm more of a casual Stripes listener, but I've heard the die-hard fans are quite pissed. Tracks 1-5 are outstanding. Track 5 is a nice bluegrass tune.
I also picked up Common's new joint. S@$t's good. Good good stuff.

"Get behind me Satan," is the title. It apparently isn't the Stripes that you're used to. I wouldn't know, it sounds the same to me, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. I heard, from a little bird, that while the Stripes "brought back Garage Rock" and made it popular, this is their anti-pop album, which got me even more intrigued. Plus Jack White looks like Johnny Depp in Charlie meets the Chocolate Factory.
