They're illegals. As far as I'm concerned, they have no rights aside from "universal" rights.

and? I heard Dees, in his own voice, state that he realizes that Nethercott didn't actually participate in any of it. Oh, and Dees?

Quote:Morris Dees Jr., chief trial counsel of the Southern Poverty Law Center, which represented the immigrants, said he hoped the ruling would be a cautionary tale to anyone considering hostile measures against border crossers.

Is a POS. If the GD government won't protect land on the border, you're GD right people should defend themselves and their property. Dees seems to be a supporter of an open border.

Oh,

Quote:Dees said his clients plan to eventually sell the property, which Nethercott bought for $120,000, but may allow humanitarian border groups offering aid to immigrants to use it for now.

Border ranch, so one must assume this means ILLEGAL immigrants.

Only in America could something this stupid happen......

They don't even have any right to be on the land that they now own. Are they going to have to pay tax on that land?

More on Dees here:

<a href='http://www.patriotist.com/dees.htm' target='_blank'>http://www.patriotist.com/dees.htm</a>

After reading about him, it does not surprise me what his motives are.

This is a travesty.
