To bring your analogy full circle, you are now implying that all (or a large portion of) Muslims are terrorists (you are likely to find that, to the extent that Israel is blamed for the recent bombings, there is far from one source at play).

I will assert that there are characteristics of Islam that cause or contribute to the observed over-reactions to false information and/or rampant conspiracy theories that you see in Muslim societies.

Your analogy is also badly broken in that you have the mechanisms of state working with broadly inaccurate and racist campaigns against Jews in virtually every Arab country. These societies prohibit Jews the rights of worship (Saudi Arabia), private ownership of housing (Jordan), prohibit travel outside the ghetto (Sadaam's Iraq). Playing the racism oppression card is absurd.
