A couple interesting facts... food for thought.

Duke has won 10 out of the last 11 meetings with UNC.

In the last 2 seasons, UNC is a combined 21-30.

Duke is 188-22 in their past 210 games.

UNC has lost 5 out of their last 7 games.

Duke has the #2 player and a top 10 coming in next year. UNC has Reyshawn Terry.

Who is crumbling?

We are in the rebuilding process after losing the greatest coach the game has ever seen. Anyone who didn't expect some sort of dropoff after that was kidding themselves. dook is coming up on the waning years of a Hall of Fame coach themselves, and they should see some effect of it too shortly. And you can imply that Coach K will be coaching for many years down the road, but the truth is that his back is giving him all sorts of problems and he may be forced to retire before too many more years.

The last few meetings between our teams should be a given, considering the relative status of both our programs.

As a dookie, you should be worried that our young team and young coach waltzed into Cameron and almost knocked your team on their butts. And you should definitely be worried about the next matchup with us.

"Crumbling" is a relative term. We crumbled last year. We are rebuilding this year -- and we're knocking off good teams in the process.

Its funny to me how Nate throws in the shot at Gary Williams, but doesn't give a comparison of Duke vs. Maryland over the last few years. It wouldn't look too favorable to the dookies. Sorry, boys, Maryland is the top program in the ACC right now.

Maryland is the top program, but Wake is the best team in the ACC.

before we start saying who has the best program maybe we better decide how to measure that, because if we are going by how well the graduates do in the nba, then dook loses, by a large margin
