I dont know how much time he will get, it will be limited, but its a start. Not to worry though with Washington and Booker in the backfield they will take the pressure off of Jones.
So much talent in that backfield that FSU's 4th string tailback Willie Reid is now a WR, and Reid is very dangerous as a receiver, good hands and speed.
Anyway thats good news on Greg Jones...

What a hit Greg Jones delivered to that NC defender, knocking the defender's helmet off. Yup, Greg Jones is BACK!!!
I heard at the end of the game that Washington separated his shoulder. But in this morning's newspaper, they're saying he hurt his elbow. Hope he mends quickly. :frown:
Booker is awesome!!!
Go Seminoles!!!

Holy smokes, that was the biggest hit I've ever seen a running back give to a defender with a forearm. That was bigger than that hit Herschel Walker gave that Tennessee guy. That has to instill fear into opposing defenses. He actually hit him with his forearm, which picked the guy off the ground, slammed him into another defender, and made his helmet fly off. Good to see the defender got up alright.
I envy you guys and your recruits. Lorenzo Booker looked phenomenal. You guys really need a good QB though. One that can throw a spiral and isn't so cocky. Chris Rix is so cocky it makes me wanna come on the field and kick his a$$. He better watch his scrambling too.

I think that after last season, Rix has learned not to be cocky. He got several lessons in humanities and is a different person this year. Also this year, the team is behind his 100%. We had a lot of problems last year with in-team bickering and the team not wanting Rix to be the QB. Thank God we're pass that.

Leon Washington Warchant reports that Leon dislocated his elbow. X-rays show nothing is broken, thank God. He should be back in 2 weeks. :D

As Coach Bowden says we have 2 game breakers Washington and Booker and 1 jaw breaker Jones.
Anyway Washington is the most versatile of the 3 backs and it was good news to hear it will possibly be 2 weeks before he is back.
