What's this? Duke with a chance to have a winning streak? That hasn't happened since the 1998 season, when they opened the season with wins against Western Carolina and Northwestern. Since that time, Duke has 7 wins total (to go with their 47 losses).

IIRC, Rice had a decent season last year. I can't understand how Duke is a 15 point favorite, but I'm picking the Dukies to make it two in a row.
