A lot of press is saying the NC State win puts us in right now...with or without the UVA win. My theory now is that UMD needs to finish strong and leave no doubt whether they deserve to be in by beating UVA. Good luck Staurday! Make sure you beat FSU for us please. I would feel a lot better having them at 6-10 going into the Sunday match-up. But then again....pressure seems to work for the Terps.

After last nigths "showing", I am pretty convinced that a 7-9 record is out of the reach for these guys. I don't want to give up but it looks like the team really does. They had their worst showing yet last night. Their poor shooting percentage and lack of offensive schemes really showed. When you have no one who is willing to lead and you have a bunch of guys waiting for someone else to save them, the outcome is looking terrible. What really concerns me is our lack of a 3 point threat and our lack of inside presence.

I's love to see them make the tourney just to build some confidence but asking them to win 3 more against teams that have this confidence seems like a stretch. Maybe next year?

No where in there did I say I give up. On the contrairy, I said I would love for them to make the tourney but it seemed to be a stretch. GW did some good caoching and with Jamar and McCray's leadership (like I said needed to happen), they pulled it out. I'm very proud of them. So get off my a$$ DT. I certainly don't need your sh*t on top of the Duke idiots!

I said it. I was pissed off and I said it. I never quit on them but actually thought there was no way they could pull it off considering their terrible play. To terp fans out ther I officially apologize.
