"Three opposing coaches - Georgia Tech's Paul Hewitt, Maryland's Gary Williams and Purnell - have publicly declared Duhon the league's most valuable player."
"I love that kid as a player," Clemson coach Oliver Purnell says. "The intangibles he brings, it's awesome."
So much so that Purnell believes Duhon deserves strong consideration for national player of the year. Never mind that he's barely scoring in double figures or that he's fifth on his team. Duhon is all about the team, which opens NCAA play tonight against Alabama State in Raleigh, N.C."
REDICK IS THE LEADER OF THIS DUKE TEAM!!! RIGHT???
"He directs everything," Redick says. "We wouldn't be where we are right now without Chris Duhon. He means everything to us."

Forgot this little gem:
"During my playground days, I thought the best players were the best one-on-one players," Gilchrist said. "But he's been a leader. He'll be a great player forever, because he brings leadership to the table."

He could have said something much different than what he did say.

You've heard what I have to say and I have heard what you have to say. No one is gonna change anything... If you really want me to write out a long response I will, but it doesn't seem worth the time or energy.
remind me who said this...

here's one for the duhon quotebook...from julius hodge on the POY voting...
"That's a good thing because he's known for saying that everyone's playing for second place," Hodge said. "I guess the tables turned, and he's that guy."

Wow...great investigative work nate. The problem is...who give's a sh*t what they say. Duhon has proven only one thing this year...he's good at stealing praise because he is the only senior on a very good team. Like I have said a hundred times, Duhon would not even make 3rd team anything if he played for any other team. You know that.
ps. I love how he is milking the media with his "cough cough" rib injury. Just another way that the media can look away from his terrible stat performances.

And in reference to the article you posted, maybe Deng should tell Duhon to pull his head out of Coack K's a$$. Maybe then he will play better.
